Here Goes Nothin




Well the time has come in this young girls life to step up plate and run a half marathon. I'm two week into my 12 week training program, running 4 miles at about 10 mins a mile. That's pre long, so I'm hoping to get down to about 7 or 8 mins per mile. This is a great way to get in shape as well as start eating better... I tell ya chocolate candy bars and other delicious treats don't seem as appealing while running for 40 mins you feel every bad thing you ate the day before. SO wish me luck as I set out on the treck of finding the better accomplished, thiner, more in shape Megan.
